From the moment we arrived, Marina and Lamberto were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Their communication was excellent, and they genuinely cared about ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. The location simply cannot be beat. Situated directly on Piazza Navona, we were immersed in the heart of Rome, with beautiful restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic landmarks all within walking distance. Being able to step outside and experience the energy and beauty of one of Rome's most iconic squares was truly magical. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony. Finding a private balcony overlooking Piazza Navona is rare, and it quickly became our favorite place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the incredible atmosphere below. The views were unforgettable. The suite itself was stunning. It perfectly blended historic Roman charm with modern luxury and sophistication. The exposed architectural details, elegant décor, and intimate ambiance created a space that felt both timeless and incredibly romantic. There was a refined, adult elegance to the suite that made it feel truly special. We chose Caden's Place while celebrating my husband's 50th birthday, and it provided the perfect setting for such an important milestone. Romantic, stylish, comfortable, and ideally located, it exceeded every expectation and became a memorable part of our celebration. Thank you, Marina and Lamberto, for helping make our time in Rome so special. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Caden's Place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Rome.

Great location and wonderful host Positive: This apartment is not only within 20-minuet walking distance from most tourist attractions in Roma, it’s right on a major historical site—Piazza Navona. We were able to see the three famous Bernini fountains from the balcony. We walk by the fountains twice everyday during our week-long stay. Tens of thousands of tourists and guided groups visit the place every day. But the sound proof of the building is very good, we could hardly hear the noise outside. There was a heat wave in Roma when we were there. But the AC could easily maintain the room temperature to a comfortable level of 23 C. Mr. Lamberto, the host, was a very a nice and honest person. He met us at the front door to help us check in, even helped us to carry luggage upstairs. A surprise welcome gift in the room was a nice touch. He always quickly responded our requests, offered to reserve taxis for us. When a taxi driver charged us incorrectly, he even negotiated with him and got a refund to us. Negative: The cold listing color in the rooms is not ideal for most guests. It could be easily improved by using warmer light bulbs (2700k color temperature), to make the atmosphere more welcoming and homy. Some light sources were placed too low below eye level, shining directly to the eyes. Also, a simple blackout shade installed at the balcony door would make a big difference for comfort. It will effectively block the strong morning sun and evening lights,so that the guests can sleep better in the bedroom. The shade will also lower the room temperatures in the summer and save some electricity for AC. There are many stairs to climb between the front gate and the rooms , which may be difficult for people with mobility problems or carry heavy luggage.

Fyra härliga dagar i Rom med god mat och vin och härliga promenader genom historien. Positive: Läget var fantastiskt mitt i centrum nära till andra stadsdelar. Lägenheten var praktisk och lyxig. Balkongen var perfekt för frukosten och ett glas vin på kvällen. Lamberto var en fantastisk värd och mötte upp och hjälpte till med alla önskemål som vi hade och var supersnabb på att svara. Trots att lägenheten är precis ovanför Piazza Navona så är det tyst och lugnt när du stänger balkongdörren. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka! Negative: Ingenting allt var perfekt.
